CARPE DIEM II, watercolor
A nude female figure lies on the surface of calm water. The body floats freely, arms open to the sides in a gesture of acceptance or surrender. Long copper hair blends with the dark blue surface, which contrasts with the light tones of the skin. Above the horizon stretches a delicate landscape created in pastel shades of turquoise, pink, and ochre. A point of light radiates from the center of the painting, its rays directed towards the figure, connecting the earthly and spiritual realms. The entire composition is peaceful, meditative, and introspective. Light is not merely a physical phenomenon, but a symbol of hope, transformation, or inner enlightenment.
The dimensions of the artwork are approx. 50 x 30 cm, framed in a white frame with a white mat, 70 x 50 cm
